Krumeto

Everything about an English word on one page, arranged the way you read.

Most dictionary sites split one word across many pages: one for meanings, one for examples, one for the conjugation, another for synonyms. Krumeto puts all of that on a single page as blocks. You decide which blocks you see, in what order, and how dense they are, and the site remembers it in your browser. No account is needed.

The site is built only from openly licensed data: Wiktionary, Tatoeba, Open English WordNet, the CEFR-J and Octanove vocabulary profiles, wordfreq and CMUdict. Every source is credited on the Sources page, and the compiled database is available on the Data page under the same share-alike license. Sources · Data

There is no chatbot and no AI-generated content. Definitions and examples come from human-edited sources; the grammar lessons were written for this site. If you use an AI assistant, the overflow menu on a word page can open that word in the tool of your choice.

Krumeto is a small independent project. It carries no ads at the moment. If that changes, there will be one clearly labelled slot in a fixed place, and a one-time supporter option to remove it.
