Anna, Ben and Omar are old friends from university. Now they live in different cities, and they are very busy with work. They meet only two or three times a year.

This year, they have a plan: a weekend in the mountains. They rent a small wooden house near a lake. They want to walk, swim and eat dinner outside.

On Friday evening, they arrive. The house is beautiful. But on Saturday morning, it is raining. It rains all day, and on Sunday too. The lake is grey, and the paths are full of water.

Ben is not happy. "This is terrible!" he says. Then Omar finds some old games in a cupboard, and Anna makes hot chocolate. They play cards, cook soup and talk for hours about their jobs, their families and their plans.

On Sunday evening, they are driving home. "The weather was bad," Anna says, "but the weekend was great." Ben smiles. "Same house next year?" "Yes," says Omar. "And we can bring more games."
